Something For Adam

I loved working on this project so much. I had the honor of working on this symbolic piece for Adam. He's an incredible photographer and a super nice guy. If you'd like to check out his work--which I highly recommend--you can find it on his facebook page, here and on his website, here.
This was done in acrylics, paint pens, and pens on a wrapped canvas.
I will be working on making prints available for many pieces that have been sold, but are still wanted. I will post a link to the site that I will be using soon! If you would like your own custom piece of art from me, I would be more than happy to work on something for you so please e-mail me or message me. Commissions are some of my favorite things to do, especially when it's such a meaningful piece like this one!

Two

I drew this on Valentine's Day. I was listening to a Mutemath song--quote's in the drawing--and I just thought I should draw something sort of "Valentines-y". I'm definitely the least romantic person I know. Maybe I wasn't always this way, but this is how I am now. Love and other people confuse me and I guess this is what this drawing represents?
I used pencil and sharpie pens.

Anna's Album: My Work-Art Pieces

These are the things I drew for my friend, Anna's new album. She asked me to draw them and I was super excited to get started. I didn't have any music to go off of, so I just thought of things that Anna had talked about in the past and thought about things that seemed to represent those ideas. It was a lot of fun for me and I am pretty pleased with the work that I came up with. She has the originals now and her album is fantastic. If you want to give the songs a listen and maybe download them, you can find them all on her site: http://myworkalbum.blogspot.com/
Her link is also on my sidebar too. I feel pretty awesome that I was asked to be a part of this great music!

As The Days Go By

This was just something I used to get me out of a rut. I just drew little bits of things that I saw over the course of a couple of days. Mostly my hands and my pencils and dog and sister.
This is on a 9" 12" sheet of paper and done in pencil. The red is just prismacolor pencil.
