Yellow

This is just a sketch I did while I was trying to teach my little sisters some ways to color a while ago.
I used markers and a couple of them were sort of dried out. I think I had some star-lyric-ed (I definitely just made that up) song in my head at the time or something.

As The Days Go By

This was just something I used to get me out of a rut. I just drew little bits of things that I saw over the course of a couple of days. Mostly my hands and my pencils and dog and sister.
This is on a 9" 12" sheet of paper and done in pencil. The red is just prismacolor pencil.

Pockets Full of Stones

Hey everyone!
So I did this I think last week. It's very much inspired by Florence + The Machine's new music. There is some music that can just completely inspire me and Florence is on that list, along with Radiohead and many others. Anyway, I did this with no references, so I'm really actually very proud of that part. Then, I painted it and it all sort of went downhill from there. It took me a while to decide if I should post it or not, but yeah...
It was first sketched out in pencil, then some things were colored with Prismacolour colored pencils. Lastly, I painted it in Winsor & Newton watercolours.

For What's Just

Happy Thursday and good afternoon. It's almost Friday!
So, this was a sort of practice for another larger painting I will put up later. It's based off of one of Banksy's New Orleans works. I really wanted to paint something red and black that day.
I painted it in acrylics and, of course, found myself splattering it with them as well.
9" x 12" paper.
